Frequently Asked Questions
Which company will deliver my order?
Our products are shipped with the following suppliers: DHL, GLS, GEL, UPS and Hermes.
Our system will automatically choose the shipping provider for each order, based on the product, size and quantity.
Production and delivery times
Orders go into production as soon as payment is received. Production begins the same business day if payment is received by 7:00 (GMT+1). In rare cases, delays may occur due to printing errors or production disruptions.
Canvas prints (without special product options) are produced within a 24 hour period. Other products require 2-3 business days. Orders that include products from different categories (e.g. canvas prints and acrylics) may be shipped in separate shipments.
Estimated shipping times vary depending on destination countries.
Please note that delays in delivery are possible and we have no control over the speed of delivery once your order has been collected.
The delivery address I provided is incorrect or has changed. What should I do?
Please contact our customer service team with the correct delivery address.
Please note, however, that it is not always possible to change delivery details once an order has been placed.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your delivery information, so please contact your shipping provider directly.
How is my order packaged?
We only use high quality packaging to ensure your goods arrive safely.
Our canvas prints are shrink-wrapped and manually packed to avoid damage during transportation.

Shipping Information
As soon as your product is ready to ship, you should receive a shipping notification email to the address you provided when placing your order. If you have not received this notification after the stated production time, please check your spam folder.
Can I check the status of my shipment?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
What should I do if I am not home for delivery?
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the courier company will hold your parcel and leave a message. The courier will arrange for a next working day delivery or leave the parcel with a neighbour or parcel depot in your area.
If you know in advance that you will not be home that day, you can call the courier directly and arrange a different delivery date.
Traceability
All orders placed in our store will be assigned a tracking number. A notification will be sent via email to the address provided when placing the order. If you receive multiple notifications for the same order, it means your order was shipped in multiple packages.
Please note that due to our automated production processes, it is not possible for customers to request shipment in a single delivery.
Can I have my package delivered to a DHL Packstation?
Deliveries within Germany can be made to a DHL Packstation. Please note, however, that this is only possible for certain products.
The delivery to DHL Packstation option will only be displayed if delivery to a Packstation is possible.
How long do I have to collect my parcel from the parcel depot?
If the courier left your package at a collection point because you were not at home when delivery was attempted, you have up to 9 working days to collect your package.
If the package is not collected within the specified time frame, it will be returned to us.
Please note that in such cases any return will be at your expense.

What specifications are available for a canvas print?
For some formats you can also choose one of our premium frame options: matt black, white, vintage silver, Flair walnut or Vintage Flair oak.

What is canvas made of?
Our canvas prints are made of high quality polyester fabric, specially designed for HP Latex printing. For the frame we use high quality pine
What is the print quality?
Your photo is printed on high-quality fine art canvas with special HP Latex inks, guaranteed to be colorfast for 75 years. HP Latex inks deliver brilliant colors and bring out the finest details in your photo.
Are canvas prints resistant to moisture?
For ecological and health reasons, our canvas prints are printed exclusively with solvent-free inks. This means that they can be sensitive to moisture. With this in mind, please avoid hanging your prints in rooms with high levels of humidity, such as bathrooms. Please also ensure that the cloths used to clean your prints are never more than slightly damp.
What payment methods are available?
The following methods are available: Payment by credit card, PayPal.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Please do not send us cash or cheques. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss in transit.
PAYMENTS
Will the canvas arrive already attached to the frame?
Yes, your print will arrive with the canvas stretched over the frame and securely taped on the back, completely ready to hang.
Who will pay the customs duties?
We take care of customs clearance fees for all countries.
What should I do if my item is damaged?
If your product is damaged, please take some photos of the delivered item (including packaging) with visible damage and send them to our customer service team.
Please include your order number in your email – it starts with “D” and can be found printed on the back of your product.
We kindly ask you not to return damaged items.
COMPLAINTS
What should I do if the item delivered is not the one I ordered?
If your shipment is not what you expected, please check the order details included in your invoice. If the items delivered do not match the product details on your invoice, please contact our customer service team.
I didn't receive an invoice
After placing your order, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the address you provided when placing your order.
You can download the invoice in PDF format by clicking on "Download PDF" in this email.
If you can't find the confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam folder.
If you still can't find the email, please contact our customer service team.
What should I do if the accessories of the product I ordered are damaged?
If your accessories are defective, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
What should I do if part of my order is missing?
Please note that products with different packaging requirements are shipped separately, so your order may arrive in as many as 3 separate deliveries.
In the unlikely event that all of your deliveries have arrived, but you are still missing part of your order, please contact our customer service team.
Will I receive a refund if the goods are damaged or defective?
Please note that our company is based in Germany and we are governed by German laws regarding custom-made goods. This means that we are entitled to repair or replace defective products twice (§§ 433, 437, 439, 312d clause 4 No. 1 BGB) before offering a refund.
If your product is damaged or part of your order is missing, please contact our customer service team so they can find an acceptable solution in case of a justified complaint.
What should I do if my product has color variations?
If the colors of your finished product vary from those originally shown in the preview screen, it is likely due to the color settings on your monitor. If your product has extreme color variations, please send a photo of your product to our customer service team, along with your order details.
